Veronica and her Team have built an incredibly solid reputation of offering their Clients a level of service that is second to none. As a graduate of UCLA, she brings an incredibly diverse and unique background rooted in residential construction, Interior Design, extensive working experience with lenders, Asset Managers, and default servicers, and first-hand investment and flipping experience. Her career in real estate has weathered many markets, and continues to thrive based on her commitment to putting her Client's needs FIRST & FOREMOST; that will never change. About Holly:
With over 10 years of experience in real estate, Holly prides herself on giving her Clients the most thorough and seamless experience possible when buying or selling homes. After graduating from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY, Holly worked closely with one of southern California's top Real Estate Attorney's for 5 years, specializing in contracts, evictions, and property management. She quickly became an expert in dealing with landlords and tenants through the judicial system. The next several years were spent working with one of southern California's largest real estate investment companies, flipping hundred of distressed properties thorughout sotuhern California and in southwest Florida. Holly managed everything from acquisition to re-sale by overseeing the transactions from contract to close. With her vast amount of diverse experience and passion for helping her Clients meet their real estate goals, Holly is your go-to Professional who strives to exceed expectations by delivering service and bottom-line results.
