SELLERS: you often come to us and want to know, "should I update this kitchen before I list my home for sale?" There is no absolute answer to this question, but what we can tell you is that there are a number of factors that should be considered both from a Real Estate perspective and from a Design perspective. Would it be nice to get the kitchen remodeled so that it shows better to potential Buyers? Sure, of course, but is it NECESSARY? Each of those factors Veronica will review with you in detail prior to your decision-making, so that you can direct your efforts and finances accordingly to make the best possible investment in your future.

BUYERS: on the other hand, especially first time Buyers often fall in love with their new homes during the escrow process. Although we, as Agents, warn them not to get emotionally attached to the property until escrow has officially closed, it is inevitable. Upon closing escrow, most Buyers want to take their remaining funds and put them toward their new property to make it their own and give it their personal touch. Whether it's a fresh coat of paint, a master bathroom remodel, or maybe even a baby nursery, Veronica's Design services can make that dream a reality.

Whether it's a 1950's charmer that you'd like to update with your current tastes or maybe just a kitchen in need of a functional facelift, we can take care of it. If you're an Investor in need of specifications for minor cosmetic improvements all the way to full-scale property remodels with full plans and permits, that's no problem as well.

Veronica understands that Client tastes are always changing and evolving alongside fashion and interior trends. Regardless of your tastes and the ideas you take away from your favorite HGTV design shows, your neighbor's newly remodeled home, or perhaps a recent issue of "Architectural Digest" or "Room & Board," Veronica knows that the cornerstone of great design is the functionality of the space, followed secondly by the aesthetics.  Afterall, who wants to spend $85,000 to remodel a kitchen with top-of-the-line finishes only to discover at your first dinner party that the space lacks any sort of cohesive functionality?  With that in mind, Veronica and her team takes their time with each and every Client to understand what it is they are trying to achieve with a certain space- whether that's an open and inviting room for a family that loves to entertain, or a home Chef who needs a fabulous kitchen -it all hinges on functionality.

Professional Interior Design Services

(All fees below are non-negotiable. All fees for initial consultations are due at the time of the consultation in the form of cash or a check. Should you have any questions or need specific details, please don't hesitate to contact Veronica directly via email or by phone prior to setting up your appointment.)

 

HOURLY CONSULTATION RATE $95
HOURLY SPEC RATE $75
 

 

SELLER'S PREP $175
  • Includes a 2-hour consultation with Veronica at your residence to review potential improvements you are considering, prior to selling your home. Veronica will carefully tour your home and assess those items that will increase value during a resale. In addition, she will also offer design advice pertaining to the existing condition of your home that may also help with resale value. Upon the conclusion of the meeting, she will provide you with written documentation of those suggested improvements within 48 hours. No estimates for future work will be provided during the initial consultation.

BUYER'S CONSULTATION $125

  • Includes a 2-hour meeting with Veronica immediately following the close of escrow to assess your desired changes or improvements to your new home. This meeting can include discussions of work you'd like done that will require architectural plans and permits or actual paint specifications (interior and exterior), to name a few options.

INVESTOR'S SPEC $150

  • Includes a 2-hour visit to your investment property to assess its current condition and advise on potential improvements. If you'd like exact specifications for fixtures, finishes, paint etc etc, a separate fee schedule will be provided. (Additional charges will apply for properties outside a 15 mile radius of 92835).

 ***PLEASE NOTE: FEES MAY BE BILLED HOURLY, PER-PROJECT, OR AT A FIXED RATE OR A COMBINATION OF THESE 3 METHODS DEPENDING ON THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT.
