Our highly skilled team of individuals can handle every aspect of REO compliance and sale from pre-acquisition inspections to valuation/market analysis and pricing strategy advising...all the way down to weekly showings (either by Open House or private showings) and marketing and multiple contract/offer review and negotiations.  We pride ourselves on our communication and timeliness.

We've come to realize that in order to succeed in the REO world, being able to maintain a high volume business is KEY. With that being said, we want to assure you that our current TEAM consists of the following individuals and is scalable according to Asset Manager/Servicer needs:

2 Drivers- for weekly inspections and property status updates
